100 Women’s vision is to ignite women’s philanthropy to advance the empowerment of women worldwide. They are driven by a passionate group of talented women, first inspired by the book ‘Half the Sky’ written by Pulitzer Prize-winning team, Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn. In November 2017, they awarded us a grant to empower 24 women to break the cycle of poverty through sewing training.
We have been supported by Australian Communities Foundation through the Espero Fund. These funds have allowed us to support the hiring of an additional English language teacher in Cambodia.

The LUSH Charity Pot program has funded the 2020 Student Development Program. Designed to develop the future leaders of Cambodia, the students partake in monthly excursions where they learn about the nature and wildlife in Cambodia and what they can do to protect it. The teachers run mentoring and reflection sessions with each excursion, which inspires them to take care and take action to protect their community.

In 2018, they held the inaugural Purpose and Passion Tour, raising $5,000 for our programs. They also generously funded us to supply two computers for the education team in Cambodia, replacing the almost defunct computers they were using and supported two preschool students to be educated for a year.
